* Jennifer got the name "Love" from her mothers college roommate.
* Jennifer's mother, Pat, is a speech pathologist & her father, Danny, is a medical technician.
* Her parents separated when she was six months old & she was raised by her mother in Killeen.
* At age 3 Jennifer made her official performing debut when she sang at a livestock show.

* At age 4, while at a restaurant-dance hall she disappeared & was later found on the stage singing "Help Me make It Through The Night".

* At age 5, she was taking tap, jazz, and ballet lessons which led her to joining the Texas Show Team, which toured the Soviet Union & Europe.

* At age 10, Jennifer moved to L.A. with her family.

* Jennifer appeared in a number of commercials before landing a role on Disney's "Kids Incorporated" (1984). Little did she know that one of the guest stars on the show would turn out to be her future co-star on "Party of Five", Scott Wolf.

* In 1991 she did commercials for "Victoria Golf" with Japanese Baseball Great, Sadaharu Oh.
* After a few televison flops she finally hit it big on the TV series "Party Of Five" in 1995.
* Jennifer dated Jason Geddert in 1995.

* In 1996 Jennifer lost the role of Juliet in "Romeo + Juliet". The part went to Claire Danes because the director felt Jennifer wasn't "modern" enough.

* In August 1996 she dated actor Joey Lawrence.

* While doing "Party of Five" Jennifer studied at Luarel Springs High School with actress Christine Lakin, but did most of her study via correspondance. Both graduated class of 1997.

* In 1997 Jennifer was considered for the title role in "Lolita".

* Jennifer was considered for the role of Helen in "I Know What You Did Last Summer" (1997) before being cast as Julie. This hugely successful teen slasher flick turned out to be her breakthrough film.

* From 1997-1999 she dated MTV VJ Carson Daly.

* In May 2001 she began dating Broadway actor Patrick Wilson.
* In 2001 she was offered Shannen Doherty's role on the TV series "Charmed," but turned it down.
* In 2001 Jennifer appeared as Enrique Iglesias's girlfriend in the music video for the song "Hero".

* Also in 2001 Jennifer starred opposite Sigourney Weaver, playing one part of a mother & daughter con-team in the comedy "Heartbreakers".

* In 2002 Jennifer starred with kung fu legend Jackie Chan in the action comedy "The Tuxedo".
